Post N°5 - Changes to my study programme
I entered the university in 2021, a few months before I thought I would not be able to access, however, I felt very excited when I got the mail that I had been in the university I had always dreamed of. First year was very strange, not only because it was pandemic, but because the courses taken are very disconnected to the career, I thought at that time, but as I progressed I began to realize that the academic mesh is made in a certain way so that there is a continuous learning and that it is becoming more and more specialized. I am currently taking the specialization courses, i.e. educational psychology, clinical psychology, legal psychology, labor psychology and community psychology, which I consider fundamental to be able to contextualize the area that you can choose to specialize in, however, I also feel that they try to put a lot of information in few classes and of short duration. Now, next semester I will have to choose electives, which I hope will be much more specialized...
